Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
RETURNS - PRINTS
As each print is made to order, returns are handled slightly differently from our textile pieces.
If you would like to return a print, please contact us via our Contact Form with your order number. We will provide the correct return address, as items are returned directly to our production partner.
Returns must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form in the first instance as many of our items are one of a kind and we may not have another one the same in stock.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item unless it is faulty or incorrect.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the item and standard outbound shipping will be refunded. Any upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.
The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our returns requirements.
