WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched from our London studio within 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- UK: 2–3 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–8 business days
- Rest of World: 6-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
All shipments are sent using tracked and insured services to ensure your piece arrives safely. Higher-value international orders are sent using priority tracked, insured and signature services.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.
Please note: feather cushion inserts cannot be shipped to Australia due to import restrictions.
CUSTOMS / TARIFFS
US prices include import duties. Duties are prepaid before delivery, so there are no additional customs charges on arrival.
Customers in other countries may be responsible for local customs charges or import duties.
ORDERING PRINTS
Prints are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted production partner.
Please allow 2-5 working days for production.
Where possible, prints are produced and dispatched within your home country or region, helping to reduce international shipping and customs delays.
Delivery typically takes a further 3–5 working days depending on destination.
